The Indian Wells Valley Water District is soliciting informal bids for inspection and cleaning of nine (9) water storage tanks located in the Ridgecrest, CA area.   Please note that tanks must remain in service during inspection and cleaning.  Therefore, the inspection and cleaning must be done without creating turbidity in the reservoir.
