ASPHALT PATCHING
The Indian Wells Valley Water District (Owner) is soliciting formal closed bids for the construction of trench pavement replacement throughout the City of Ridgecrest and surrounding Kern County. HERE you will find bidding documents and sample contract and work order for this project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the contractor written on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be opened Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Late submittals will not be accepted.
This work is subject to prevailing wage requirements and to monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The bidder and any subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bidding and during the performance of the contract.

MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT: WELLS & BOOSTER PUMPS
The District is accepting proposals for a Master Service Agreement from well drilling contractors to service District wells and booster pumps. The Agreement will be renewable up to three years. The Request for Proposals can be dowloaded HERE. Proposals are due Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
