Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Basin (Basin No. 6-54) Adjudication
The Indian Wells Valley Water District and the Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Authority exchanged their respective groundwater flow model files on April 21, 2025 pursuant to the Court’s Order. Notices of the disclosures from the District and GA can be viewed or downloaded below.
Discovery in this adjudication, including disclosure of the model files, is subject to the Protective Order signed by the Court on October 2, 2024. (The Protective Order can be viewed or downloaded below.) Accordingly, the model files that were produced are only available to parties to the adjudication, their attorneys, and/or their consultants. Such persons seeking to receive the model files are subject to the Protective Order and must sign an acknowledgment (Exhibit A to the Protective Order) that they will comply with and be bound by the Protective Order.
Given that the model files require certain software or computer programs to run, the model report will almost certainly be more informative to the layperson. The parties are due to exchange reports on August 12, 2025 pursuant to the Court’s Order.
